The School Day
Students are to arrive at school by 8:35am. The school day starts at 8:40am and ends at 15:10pm. There are five lessons every day, each 1 hour in duration with 5 minutes travel time at lesson changeover and at the end of lunch time. The total weekly compulsory time our school is open from the start of the school day (8:35am) to the end of the school day (15:10pm) is 32 hours and 55 minutes per week.

Uplands Academy also run optional enrichment clubs, keep up sessions and homework support after school, which students may be requested to attend, to support their progress.
The Academy operates a two-week timetable.
